Mr. Houston,
I never heard of “Speed Dating” before. This is a first for me.
And yes, I have to agree that our Father God CAN use any means necessary for His children to ‘meet’ others. Again, I don’t know for sure if that’s for me. I don’t know. But I’m pretty basic. I just would like conversation to get to know a person. Every person we meet won’t be ‘spouse material’ but great friends! I would rather have a great friend for some time and see where it would lead to. Really getting to know a person is everything. Sometimes the Internet is a shield many people hide themselves from others. You can give your BEST ‘behind’ the Internet. But eventually the ‘real you’ will come out. The Lord will reveal everything in due time. As for speed dating, to me, I don’t see myself going that route. I can’t change from being ole-fashioned I guess. Just basic ‘boy meets girl’ kind of thing is what I like. It could be an Internet meeting from the start with lots of COMMUNICATION spread out. No rushing. The more ‘we’ would talk, I can listen and learn more about a person. Yea, in due time, I would find out if ‘he’ just got out jail, or if ‘he’forgot to take ‘his’ paranoia schizophrenia meds, or if ‘he’ hasn’t paid child support. Sista’ here would be LISTENING! Trust me.
Awe, Mr Houston….I have this strange, silly sense of humor
at times. Forgive me.

Great article. Love the point when you state this arena could be a way to horn those communication skills.
It is true GOD can use any arena to introduce a person to their future mate.
